Shipping
How much is shipping?
Free express shipping on all orders within the United States, with no minimum. International options may be available at checkout via our global delivery partners.
How long until my order arrives?
Orders are processed in 1–2 business days, then express delivery takes 3–7 business days. Most US customers receive their order within about a week of ordering.
Will I get tracking?
Yes. A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your order ships.
Why did my order arrive in more than one package?
Multi-item orders sometimes ship from different facilities and arrive separately. You're never charged extra for this.
Returns and refunds
What is your return policy?
You have 30 days from receiving your item to request a return. Items must be unused and unworn, with tags, in their original packaging, and you'll need your receipt or proof of purchase.
How do I start a return?
Email support@fitnessplowsurge.com before sending anything back. Items returned without an approved request can't be accepted. Once approved, we'll email you a return shipping label and instructions.
When will I get my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll let you know if it's approved. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may need a few extra days to post it.
My item arrived damaged or it's the wrong product.
Contact us immediately at support@fitnessplowsurge.com with photos and we'll make it right.
Can I exchange for a different size or colour?
Yes — return the original item, and once the return is approved, place a separate order for the item you want. That's the fastest way to get the right product in your hands.
Products
What size should I order?
Sizing runs to the manufacturer's chart shown in each product's images and description. If you're between sizes on apparel or compression gear, size up. Email us if you're unsure and we'll advise.
Is the equipment suitable for beginners?
Most of it is. Resistance bands, yoga mats, ab rollers and massage tools all suit beginners. Heavier strength gear like arm blasters and weighted equipment assumes some training experience.
Orders and payment
Can I change or cancel my order?
Email us as soon as possible. If your order hasn't entered fulfilment yet we can usually amend or cancel it.
